Using Vista or Windows 7?
Have you ever had an error message pop up that something "can only be run as Administrator" , but, wait a minute, aren't you the Administrator on this computer so it should run when you click it, but it doesn't.
There is a hidden but disabled Administrator Account that you can enable and do the job. Not a difficult job to enable it.
Enable the Hidden Admin Account.
Remember to disable it after you have done what you need to.
