Flash,
Just checked all my emails and not got one from S/Fix.

Edit:
Have just read the edited post above.

Have you completed an online survey from their website in the past?

Profusion is an e-market research company that may have run a survey for S/F and are just following it up

I am certain that you do not have any infection on your computer and at the very worst, it was just a phishing email.
But, if you completed a survey sometime ago, or purchasded something from the web site, it will just be a followup.
I get similar emails occassionally from a company that do online surveys for HP (Hewlet Packard, not the sauce). Sometimes they are from HP and others are from the market research company asking if the HP site has improved since I was last surveyed.

Just delete it and forget it.

The pc is clean, full format and reinstall 4-5 days ago
