I have a couple of hundred songs on my I-tunes on Laptop. I am finding it difficult to transfer these songs onto a USB stick.
Any ideas.
I have Windows XP.

Hi, Weegie,
Insert your usb stick into the computer and go to My Computer and look at what drive letter the computer has given to the usb stick, probably E:/ or another letter. Remember the letter.
Go to My Music -> iTunes -> iTunes Music (or where ever your iTunes are in a folder), right click the folder and click Copy to -> in the menu select the drive letter of the usb stick.
That should transfer all the iTunes. Just as long as the usb stick has the capacity to hold them.

Hi Dave M.
Transferred all the songs onto USB stick through your advice.
Top man.
Spent the whole morning trying to figure it out.
The music that I have downloaded onto the stick will not play in my USB input on my HI-FI though.
The audio files are saying that they are MPEG4. Could that be a reason why they are not playing.

I have songs on the stick which I copied straight from CDs. When you look at the files it has the windows media player symbol.

You will have to go back to the computer and change the file format to MP3, then plug the stick in and delete all that you put on it as iTunes.
Then, once you have converted to MP3, do what I said before and copy the whole folder with the MP3 files in, to the usb stick.
To convert a song's file format

Pleased to hear it.
Sorry we had to go back and do it again but I did not know what you were going to do with the tunes when you had them on the usb stick.
