Some quarry tile manufacturers say you shouldnt seal quarry tiles. For the grout, you can buy an aerosal grout sealer from a tile shop.

mix it yourself apply with a lint free clothe..(jay clothes)..do small areas at a time, but dont soak the tiles to much, will take a few runs at it, till fully sealed..depends on quarry tile quality up to 4-6 times maybe.

wee tip when applying the sealer,..always wear gloves(surgical etc..)..as you dont want to stand back and see your "fingerprints..palm prints"under the seal... :thumbright:
