french doors

had a nice day fitting some doors on a museum yesterday, listed building so all the old ironmongry had to be reused, 8 bolts on that door :shock: 4 big tower bolts and 4 security bolts( the ones with a star key)
putty windows= pain in the butt

Restoration can severely tax your patience but in the end it's rewarding to know you saved that particular object from the skip.

the old doors went in the skip :-P
its a new set of doors in the old frame

Nice doors, I bet doing the job on a listed building was a pain though!
