looking to remove some scratches from oak flooring. Is there anything available, dont really want to sand the whole floor, its factory laquared.

you can try furniture polish and see if it helps to reduce the visual impact

hi gaz. i always try to turn customers away from factory finish for this reason. its pretty much like a piece of furniture now that needs french polishing.
if they go for a bare floor then oil it then scrathes are far easier to deal with.
what would i do?
first i would try to find out what it is finished with. it is normally a laquer.
i would then just sand the scrathed area and try to blend a couple coats of laquer in.
is it a gloss, satin or matt finish. normally gloss or satin. you could even use the equavalent polyurethane varnish to blend in. it should work.
if it doesnt then you can take a more drastic step then.
oh and the other reason i turn customers away from pre finished is that is marks and scratches so much easier than post finish. funny thing is that oak you finish yourself seems to date better actually looking better when it has a few blemishes in it. whereas pre finished just looks worn.

Just to update you guys as to what i eventually done, didn't want to hire a floor sander, I just used my orbital sander which 120 grade paper it was enough to take away the scratches and it give the floor a key for using the floor sealer. I used ronseal matt floor sealer, 3 coat and sanded with 240 grade between coats. It looks like a brand new floor.
