My Berlingo went the same way, rear door first, then the drivers and then the ignition, I bought a complete set and changed all of the cylinders inc glove box and fuel cap.
..........although I never got around to doing the ignition and when I eventually found someone to do it at a sensible price they said it was the wrong item. I just leave the key in it now, if you turn it right off it can sometimes take ten minutes of jiggling to get it to turn on again.
Got mine for just under £70 from:-
http://www.aepdirect.com/
Delivery was fine, but like I say the ignition switch was the wrong item.

I was always aware this could happen to this type of cylinder lock and advise a regular squirt of WD40 to keep them sweet.

These are well known for this problem. It's due to the key and lock barrels wearing out. The spare key may work better if you have one but then eventually locks or barrells will need replacing

If it's the same as the Berlingo you just need a lock barrel, and five minutes for fitting.
