Is there not a CD burner bundled in with Win7?

I'm pretty sure there's one in Vista.

I use Imgburn ( www.imgburn.com ) for burning cds and dvds
I also back up my most frequently used movie DVDs using either DVDShrink or DVD decrypter or a mix of both.
