Electrical Box Sinkers

i am thinking about buying a box sinker, does anyone know if they are any good, and the pros and cons.

I did about 20 holes with a good SDS drill in very soft breeze block, it wouldnt have taken much longer to chain drill and bolster chisel out in my opinion. In brick they are a waste of time, chain drill the half bricks and bolster chisel as normal.

I fitted some sockets for a friend and I would not take payment as I never do! They went out and bought me a box sinker kit

I tried it at a friends house and was not impressed with it to be honest!

They are probably ok in certain types of brick!
