Nasty things  15mm mfc, screws through end panels to fit cabs together
and NO they are flat pack!

Nice! Too late to swerve now, will add a bit on for assembly me thinks.

Focus sent me the drawing and there wasn't a sink unit, doh!

Many thanks

It has been years since I saw a Focus DIY. I thought they no longer existed.

In January 2009 Focus had 178 stores in the UK, but who knows how many now?.......There is at least one in this area!

They seem to be putting making a big push on kitchens, my customer got 60% off last week.

apparently they also have a shortage of fitters, however i will see how this one goes before I put my card in.

TBH 60%off means nothing with kitchens, Howdens will give you up to 95% off but when a 300 base unit is priced at £2,000... ::b

ive fitted howdens kitchens. theyre canny.

allied kitchens again canny.

homebase. crap for the money. hardboard backs to the units. on an expensive range kitchen aswell

wickes were soso

never a focus one though. i too thought they must have gone bust until recently. the one in south shields changed to wickes long ago. but i did see one still up in ashington. went in it for something and remember what god awfull hell holes they are

If I could turn her onto Magnet, Howdens or even Benchmarx I would but the salesman did a bloody good job on the customer.

They have now even managed to sell her some cheap tiles for muggins here to fix.
