HI EVERYONE.
I have yet another question regarding tiling me bathroom, even though i have not even started it yet, and should have posted this weeks ago.
we bought our tiles from an outlet of discontinued lines ( ok ok i know but they where cheap. lol.) any how at last my question
I noticed whist on my throne a good few weeks ago looking at the boxes of tiles waiting to be put on the bathroom wall, the border tiles my mrs wanted to go with the main wall tiles are a good 2 to 3 mm thicker. Am i right or wrong in thinking that if I go ahead and use the border tiles i would be better off then putting a thicker layer of adhesive on the wall for the main tile to make the tiles to border flush.
please can any one reassure me or give me reassurance that i don't need to, and it would look ok to just blend the thickness in with the grout.
once again many thanks in advance.COSMIC

Re: BORDER TILING
bed the main tiles out with a 10mm trowel and use a small 6mm notch trowel for the border, grouting won't make it look better.

Thank you very much for your advice and reassuring. it is also good of you to give mix the correct size to trowel.
I feel much more confident for your answer. HAVE A GREAT DAY AND VERY KIND REGARDS COSMIC.
