Post by caricature »

I am trying to burn some photo's onto a DVD but for some reason my burner is not recognising the disc it keeps telling me its a CD,and will not burn onto it. If it is empty it shows as a this.

have you tried turning your laptop off, taking out the dvd drive and re seating it? then check in the bios that it is recognising it as the drive type you expect?
