Tiling on unlevel floor

Hi all,
I learnt when tiling our kitchen solid floor that the grab from the adhesive made it difficult if not impossible to achieve a perfect level,(screeding wasn,t feasable) so I mixed a small amount of portland cement with porcelien adhesive this gave me the time with every tile to ensure a perfect level without the grab that the normal tile adhesive gives, the tiles finished perfectly level and secure.
My question please, Can I use a smilar formula to tile the bathroom floor on backer board with porcelien tiles as the floor is also slightly out of true being a cottage property? and I want the option of leveling every tile individually.
Any thoughts kindly recieved
