shower nightmare

Went to fit new shower controls for my pal yesterday, No bother I said be done in half an hour. 4 hours later it’s still not done. The feed for the shower with the compression nut is behind the tiles with no access without smashing into the wall. My friend is not keen on smashing the wall so tried for hours to get this fitting off through a hole that a 15m spanner barely fits through. After a while and a lot of listening to his moaning I called a plumber out. For £60 he told my friend yes I have to smash into the wall to get that fixed. Am not the best but why does no one listen to me, must be cause im fat.

Next time your pal needs a lift I'd make sure I was busy doing something else
