Fouling dog owners
It used to be bad enough when dog owners let their dogs foul the streets, but I think it is even worse when they pick it up in bags and then dispose of the bags around someone else's property.
Just recently these bags have been appearing around my garage, which is on a council owned garage site. I complained to the local council a few days ago using a form on their website as there did not seem to be a contact number on their website but as of yet I have not had a reply.

Thanks, just added that to my favorites.
If the council don't respond soon I'll use that site

You could always hang a bag of dog chods on their door with a return phone number. That would get their attention I imagine.

Re: Fouling dog owners
I've even seen the bags hanging on trees in beauty spots. Why put it in a bag at all, at least it will break down if kicked under the bushes. Again it's "Out of sight, out of mind", somebody else can deal with it.
I started out with nothing, I still have most of it.

No excuse. My dog can shite for Scotland! She done three this morning within ten minutes of each other but they're all picked up and carried until I find a bin which is sometimes 2-3 miles.
Councils are far too lenient on this sort of thing.
