Are any Scottish (possibly English too?) internet users suffering very slow downloads today (14/12/2011)?

After testing our connection we get 5.7Mb to the exchange but the interweb is running at about 120kb...... anyone know of any local faults?

Sorted - after a 'discussion' with those not-so-easy-to-understand Indain-accented BT call centres, got them to reset the line and all is back to normal. Phew..... surfing pron at 100k is hard work........
