Ouch!! I see an Osteopath when I get like that and they sort it out straight away. Two choices, one that cracks or cranial I go for cranial as it is less distressing than someone trying to break your neck!
Hope you get better soon!

Bert Crackaback - like it.
Had about 2 boxes of ibruprofen and some other stuff and I'm almost back to normal now. Sleeping seems to make it much worse over night...missis has said I've started trying to take over her side of the bed recently, so obviously sleeping differently.
Need some velcro to stick me in position!!!

Matress is pretty new....it's also got one of those topper things on top, which is also new - both wasn't cheap ones. I've just got a lot going on at the moment, missis things it's causing me to not sleep and twist all over while my mind is racing.
When this house is done, it should settle down I hope.

BG, how much do you weigh? reason i ask is cos i'm 18St and 100% honest the mattress toppers don't work for that weight. i had one and although ti make sit seem slightly more comfortable, it didn't do anything for my back. we finally bought a proper one a couple of weeks ago and OMG!! what a difference.
the top brand is called tempur but we nought the rival brand that all reports say are just as good. tempur one was £1700 the ergoflex one was £450
i would never swap this one for anything. the memory foam part is something like 3-4x thicker than a topper.

Rich,
spoke to the missis about the matress you suggested - she deffo seems interested! Is it still serving you well? Shes only just told me that she's having back trouble too!
Where did you get it from and was service ok?

I know a few people who say that the memory foam matresses make you hot in bed? (not sexually
)
I'd consider getting one, but I am hot enough in bed and often remove the quilt to help me cool down a little.
Has anyone noticed that they make you warmer, or was this just the older versions?

Definitely warmer in our experience, but you get used to it.

We have a tempur mattress and it does make us a little hotter but now sleep loads better with less back/neck problems.
On a side note my wife is 37 weeks pregnant but for 35 weeks she had no problems either which is good.
