Post by The Weegie »

Four neds Threw stones at my house this evening only one managed to hit the door thankfully. Bas..... Gave chase only to realise that my anger was going faster than my legs. I had pains in my chest and couldn't breathe. I had only ran about 70 yards. I had to give up whilst those fuc.... were laughing. AAARGHH.

I have decided that as of tommorow I,m going to get fit in case anymore dregs of society decide to fu.. with me.

The (prospective) next Mrs. Inky has decided we need to join a gym.

We've spent a couple of hours tonight going round and looking at a few - and now I'm knackered!!

.......maybe she has a point.

It takes effort to get out of bed...
I should be dead; I've cheated the Grim Reaper yet again by surviving my third heart attack in June.

BTW, what is a "ned" - or rather, why are they called "neds"?
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?"
She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

try doing a bit of hard graft in at work, instead of drinking cups of tea, talking on the mobi, and reading the sun all day

This would save you the gym membership costs

Everyone should go to the gym IMHO

If you train regularly you can almost eat what ever you like and not put much weight on.

Some nice girls go to my gym and it makes me train harder

Before I got married I used to train in the gym four times a week.

I also practiced martial arts three times a week.

Eight years later and I can't even touch my toes. SHOCKING.

I think when you settle down and get married, have children etc. your priorities change.

What happened last night was an eye opener for me to get fit again

Handyman,

I do graft at work. However it has been a bit hard to do that lately because my work has been on full time strike for the last five weeks.

So I'm not working.

Point taking about sitting about I do do that a lot.

I did it - didn't understand a word  but looking at the pics, Neds are sort of shellsuited scottish chavs?
