Hi, are you using Office or what?
Right click your picture better try with a none important picture and select open with: what choices do you see?
Try one and look for a resize , try % say 30% and then file save as give new name or number but do Not use Save as you will loose the original print.
Ideally you want the new copy to be just under 100k size.

Sounds like you need to lower the resolution when you save the pic, instead of 100% go for 90 or 95 until the file size comes down to whatever it needs to be.

Or, you should still be able to post the original picture in the forum, and I'm sure someone will be able to re-post it for you at a suitable size, all you need to do then is lift it from the post.

Or, if you tell us what graphics programme you use for editing pics, I'm sure someone will be able to give you a clue how to do it yourself.
