Last week a man turned up from ITV and he was from May the best house win, he said he was looking for four houses to be in the TV show and ours was just what he was looking for. I said yes thinking we would not hear from him again. Well this week we have been told the film crew will be here at the end of the month filming for two and a half days.

I had one of those programmes shoot in my pub in Devon. The guy whose house it was, had to keep buying drinks for continuity reasons. Having worked in that industry, I know what tight bastards Producers are, so I told the guy that the film company should be buying the drinks and not him. They moaned, but started buying his drinks!

Well its happened, it should have been called may the best weirdo win. I hid in my shed and let her indoors sort it out. She will get over it in time.

well its all over now the winner was the stockbrokers wife as if they need the thousand pounds, we have the smallest house so we were last. we were told it was the most intresting house that would win, but that was a lie, money wins.
