Bedroom Project
Posted: Sun Dec 09, 2012 11:24 am
Recently moved into our new house and have been slowly progressing room by room as it was not exactly to our taste.
Starting with the bedroom and will be hopefully putting up similar threads for the rest of the house.
Here goes......
The day after we moved in
Horrible up and over wardrobes that covered a lot of the window
One more before the strip out
Room stripped
Next up....relocate TV socket, recessed shower power cable and board and skim ceiling and plaster walls.
Old socket and aerial
New socket and aerial
Chase out for electrical cable & conduit
Filled conduit & scored ready for plastering
Ceiling set out and boarded
Skimmed
Wash coat
Shopping to get furniture & accessories
Painting finished, TV trial fit, Light, mirror, Floor & Skirting down, Shelves and Wall Art
Finished product
Hope that gives some inspiration.
Other bigger and better projects to follow.
A perfect example of why adding pics to the forum as an attachment, as opposed to using remote hosting makes sense.
The above post now becomes meaningless because the OP has either deleted or moved the images on the hosting site. Mod 2
I have removed the dead links to photobucket.
