Conservatory curtain poles
My sister wanted some simple rails for her conservatory, not full on curtains, only for voiles.
I messed up the pics, so not great quality or quantity
These are the brackets-
The back section comes off, to allow invisible fixing, one grubscrew too lock the two section together, the other to lock the rail in position.
The rails are 10mm diameter solid stainless steel.
I bought it in 6m lengths, then rough cut it for each section of the shape.
Bar and brackets 304 stainless steel.
Final lenghs were decided after fitting the brackets.
Ends cut and polished to the same dull polish finish as the main bar and brackets.
Long rail in position.
Cut with a thin disc, then polished with a reca polymop, heat discolouration then removed with a coarse diamond block, to match the grit of the polish.
Total of 6 individual rails, about 11.5 metres.

Chrispops, you can ask but the OP stopped posting Nov 21*, and he made this post 15 years ago (2007) so I doubt the place he got the brackets from (If he can remember) is still trading.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.
If gloom had a voice, it would be me.

Someone-Else, Hitch was last active on here less than 2 weeks ago, which is why I haven't locked the thread.
