Tiling A Rounded Window Reveal

All the windows in the house have rounded vertical reveals which I really like and want to keep. I guess the radius is about the same as a dinner plate if that makes sense.
In the bathroom, the end of the bath goes about halfway under the window, so I think I need to tile past the window to the corner or it will look odd.
At the moment it is a right bodged job with the lower half of the reveal poorly squared off with tiles and the top half left rounded and painted. This has left a really ugly finish with badly done beading to a point and grout filling on the top surface.
So... is there a way to properly tile a rounded reveal? I can't find anything about it anywhere. Maybe I'm the only one soft enough not to just get the reveals squared off and tile normally!
