Mr. Scruff, sir, try holding down [Ctrl] key then pressing [+] key several times. Then, still with [Ctrl] held down, press [-] key.

I'm convinced that Microsoft, use their customers as guinea pigs. They're programmers in R&D come up with something they think will work, slip the testers a couple of dollars to say "It does." then actually test it on us. The unsuspecting public.
