FANBOX SPAM/SCAM

For the past few months I have been plagued by emails from this persistent sender. Investigations reveal it is possible to make some dollars, but not as much as they claim, nor as easily. I keep reporting them as spam but still they arrive. Now they tell me I owe them $14, they aren't getting it though! Anybody else know about them, and how to get rid of them?

You can block there domain through your email program to stop getting emails

Don't ever reply to an email as it just shows your account is live

I was receiving these too. Kept telling me I'd accumulated $$$$ in my account. (what account?? I'd never signed up with them) I just ignored them. Even when I started receiving demands for money, I just deleted them. Who are they going to send the demands to though? As I've never signed up with them, they don't have my home address, nor phone numbers, so I doubt whether any "claim" they have would be valid.

joiner, I'd be careful there. If they have your email address, I'm sure they have your home address. You haven't upset your missus by any chance, have you???
Just pay the money and 4get it and call it a bad experience :thumbright:

ajay, I hope (with all my heart) ur not taking the Nairobi airport comments about 'fancying' your wife's friends daughter to heart?

If you read between the lines, then one can say your wife is let's say 40, and her friend 60. In which case, her daughter could easily be even older than your wife by a few years!

wine~o can read me like a book. It's all just fun and nothing malicious. Not intentionally anyway.
As for joiner, he used to help me a lot in that other forum of his when I was a member there. But I upped steeks and left, so any opportunity to wind him up, I'll jump at the chance.
Good nite, or better still good morning. I think it's just gone past midnight

I'd completely forgotten about your weird theorising on that topic; but as it's obviously still blundering around in your head I'll help clear up a couple of things for you - your estimate of my wife's age is out by 25 years, her friend is of a similar age - and although I've still never met the daughter, like most normal men, if it's female and has a pulse there may come a moment when *that* thought occurs. :downtown:

My comment here in this topic was based purely on your past performance in the Jokes forum where you like to appear to not "get" jokes. :-)

But everyone knows I don't get jokes
I blame it on the dyxlexias that I have.

And going back to your wife, her friend, her friend's daughter, the desires of your loins ermmm, etc, the age was just an assumption. Besides, even if the friend's daughter was say 16 years, what business is it of mine ::b I am all for whatever tickles your fancy or whatever anyone else wants to engage in. It's a free Country.
