Aquapanel on screed

I have a cloakroom floor to tile which has been screened. Is it a good idea to use aqua panel to level the floor for tiling?

How out of level is the floor? Why not put down some self levelling compound and then tile normally.

Use SLC. how long has the screed been down?

Level isnt too bad. There is a 3mm high in centre. Screed was done 10 weeks ago. I can probably get away with nothing other than adhesive.
