either Senna granules (speed up the process) or a triple dose of immodium for the rest of the week, should see you through till the weekend when hostilities can recommence...
That or google the symptoms of some nasty and contagious tropical disease....and phone in sick with said symptoms....ideally something so nasty the boss won't want any chance of catching it

At the place where I work, if anyone is physically sick they are supposed to phone in and refrain from work until 48 hrs after the last time they were sick. Employer excuses you if you've been out on a Saturday night and throw up the remains of the 9 or 10 pints of beer on Sunday morning. Mind you the residents do get "bugs" etc. Last year one of them got the "winter vomiting bug" and within a week, so had most of the other residents and staff. (reckon it saw about 3 residents off)
Staff were phoning in on an hourly basis and we had to get some agency staff to cover. Even I succumbed to the vomiting bug and had 3 days off.
