That will be no good on quality porcelain. In my opinion. Had one of those years ago, not bad for thin ceramic when doing repairs as it saves getting a cutter out.
If you know how to do curves then they are easily done on a manual tile cutter. Both my Rubi and Sigma are good for curves and squiggly giggly cuts.

The fact I've not seen any pro tillers using one says it all really. I'd put it in the drawer alongside the other shopping channel favourites like the exact saw,paint pad,drill all drill bits etc etc.....you get my drift
