anyone here rent a small workshop?

Post by owas »

Hey
Anyone here rent a small workshop? (Say 500sq ftish)

Would be a real help if I could find out how much you have to pay a week or month to keep the place running?

I currently work at home outoors and its getting very annoying quick.

Bit pointless is it not? allow me to expand on that.

Say I am in London and it costs me £750 / month

Say you are in Manchester what use is knowing that I pay £750 / month to you? Its not a guide since you will not know exactly what I get for my money and you don't know what it looks like, by that it could be on some old industrial estate, or some new "commercial establishment"

There are too many factors / variables for you to even get a vague idea. Or put it this way, I pay £750 bloke where you are says it will cost you £1k what will you do? say someone-else said he only pays £750.
The best I can suggest is you find somewhere suitable for you and find out the rent and take it from there.
Above are my opinions Below is my signature.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.

Depends on your area, a fair few farmers seem to rent out spare bits of barns for not much money...
