Cost for Tiling a Small Bathroom 22msq.

Hi Guys - Morning all.
Could I have some guidance and feedback on costs and questions to ask a prospective tiler or bathroom fitter. I live in South London and need a small bathroom tiled. The floor area of the room is 3.5 metres square (1.685m x 2.080m). It has four walls, one of which has a door and No windows in the room. The floor is concrete and two of the walls are solid masonry and two are stud work and plasterboard. It's all new and to the untrained eye there seem to be No major rebuilding issues and the walls are straight and plumb. The walls are bare (untiled - just paint) and no tiles need to be removed. There is current hot and cold working pipe work for bath, sink, shower and radiator. Including the four walls and the floor the surface area to be tiled comes to just under 22 square metres. A little less as the door area and under bath won't need tiling.
I'm looking for a tiler and or bathroom fitter. Could some of you give some feed back on the time frame it would take to tile at a professional rate doing a quality job this size area of bathroom. I've been told between 2 and 3 days if using higher grade tiles. I appreciate it could be tiled in a day but I'm looking for quality not pace and shoddy work. Also, am I correct in saying that a reasonable rate to pay a tiler is £15 to £20 per square metre for ceramic and £25 - £40 for stone/porcelain tiles? As the owner of a bathroom this size (not the tiler), would you look to pay per day at say £120 to £150 or per Square metre? The £100 to £200 cost difference matters little. I'm thinking more about if problems arise or extra time needs to be spent on the job. Is a "Quote" different to an "Estimate"?
Three Days Labour inclusive: £360 to £650
22 Square metres labour at £20 to £40 inclusive: £440 to £880
I will be providing the tiles pre brought so it's mainly a labour costs question. Should I be providing the adhesive, grout and other bonding materials or do tilers have a preference of quick set, flexible or slow set when they do a job and should I let them choose? I've seen many talk on these forums of prices including the tiles and grout and also people asking "Is he including the adhesive and grout for that price?" Not sure what this meant.
