This was the last of all the windows that I have slaved over and refurbed.

what a treat / finale eh!? Talk about save the worst til last!

There is similar rot on the other side and the fascia boards left / right and up top. Everything has been stripped inside and out. It's up on a small flat roof so tricky working conditions and given the wind and rain... very trying work!

All dead wood removed and prepared... also some spliced in new wood.

I was tempted to get a new window built and installed but took a punt on a repair care trial pack. Nice stuff!
