We are completing a run of interior signage for a large supermarket chain in which were currently using a folded aluminium composite material (dibond) to form a "tray sign" and riveting this to angle brackets.

its quite a slow process drilling through dibond and bracket and then riveting.
so i was thinking of using wooden battens to fix to and a nail gun, the aluminium part of the composite is only .4mm

could anyone tell me which sort of gun would be best as ideally the fixings need to be as unnoticeable as possible.(and im unsure of the diffrence between brad and finish nailers

any help or advice would be much appreciated.

brad and finish nailers are basically the same form of nail gun they both will fire brad nails, you want 16 gauge ideally.
