you view configuration

Evening All
Have just got a You view box and need some advice on connecting the aeriel.
I also have a dvd/hdd recorder which i need to keep as the you view doesn't record.
Do i plug the aeriel in to the you view then via the hdd to the tv,or is it
hdd via you view in to the tv ?

What happens if you try each option?

aerial in to the Uview box, loop through to the hdd recorder. In settings on the Uview box make sure the loop function is set to "On"

The default on ours was "Off"
