I bought a used Nokia 620 windows phone to replace my knackered Samsung. All going well until i noticed it had turned off a few times while in my pocket. The last time it did it I couldn't turn it on, it would boot-up and switch off in an endless cycle, it wouldn't even reset.

A little investigation found play on the battery terminals to be the culprit - solution- place a piece of card under the battery at the top under the terminals and the problem is no more.
