Started the winter jobs!
Looks like the winter projects have started already as That is when I usually get the gate jobs! True to form I have just finished my third gate in a row.
Why don't customers ask for these jobs during the summer?? Oh well, it's all work. Never enough hours in the day!

Hi,
Lovely job mailee; another satisfied customer. It's a strange world when here in the UK we have such short summers but when summer finally arrives many people then go abroad on holiday? When they return you get the gate jobs. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.
Kind regards, Col.

Re: Started the winter jobs!
I don't bother using plans for these now as I have built so many. I just take the dimensions of the opening and work from that. I could draw some up in Sketchup or I may even have some early ones if they would be any use to you. I could e-mail you a copy.

Ah, You would need it to view the files but I can send you JPEG pictures of them to look at. Google Sketchup is a great tool for making woodworking plans. It is free to download too from here: http://www.sketchup.com/download
Download it for personal use and it is free. If you want the pictures of the plans send me an e-mail and I will e-mail them to you.

Re: Started the winter jobs!
Thanks for the link - I will download the software, great that it is free!
If possible it would be great to get the plans in the file format and view them via Sketchup. How is best to get them?
Thanks.
