Skirting

Post by Sydlum »

Good morning.

Complete novice wanting to re-do skirting throughout my flat as cheaply as possible as I am renting, but the place needs overhaul - can anyone give me the cheapest way to do this, I am wanting to use non-molded boards, at approx 6.5"????

Thanks in advance

I'd ask the landlord for some money towards this if I was you as he will benefit as well. At least get him to pay for the materials and then you fit them-

Grab adhesive can be used to fix the skirting in place.

and then he will withhold the deposit as you changed his existing skirting without permission :cussing:
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman, "Where's the self-help section?"
She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
