Im looking to tile and outside loo, thats single skin concrete block...basically the paint has blistered a little but just want to cover over with some cheap(ish) tiles to tidy it up....can i seal or cover this (or do i need to) before tiling and anything else i would need to know?
Cheers!

You'll need to remove any loose/flaking paint before tiling, unless you can fix plasterboard...in which case....

That's fine only a small room, would it need sealing or anything?

Shouldn't need priming, provided you are using a decent quality adhesive (Mapei as one example) and you aren't using huge tiles..and the plasterboard is solidly fixed.

just follow the instructions on the bottle.. from what I remember the drying time is about 2 hours depending on ambient temperature etc.
