I know it's not tiling as such but it's close :-)

Has anyone bought any polypanels from this chap:

http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Bathrooms-of-D ... 34.c0.m322

He's cheaper than my local shop so I'm thinking of giving him a try but wanted to know if anyone has had any dealings with him.

Also what is the best adhesive to use when attaching these panels?

I always use IPSL for panels. They do complete kits with the adhesive etc all in :thumbright:

They're not cheap Razor but 200mm wider than the ebay chap. I'll have to work it out.

Cheers

I assume you have used them Ochaye? Roughly how much do they charge a board?

I can't remember. But the price varied
(a) by what was the top cover material which I think came in three price ranges???
(b) by what was the backing material MDF, marine ply and some synthetic stuff they had.

It all depends if you are purely price driven or if there is a desire for this style or that style. Rearo was not the cheapest when I was looking but they had the design (the top surface) that I wanted .. as I was looking for a surface that was not pretending to be marble or similar but it was clearly a man made surface.
