quadrant shower cubicle - leaking

Hello all, I fitted a 900mm quadrant shower tray and followed the instructions to fit the tray then tile down to the top of the tray, then seal the tray to the tiles.
My problem is that the 90 degree corner must be out by about 1/2 degree (90.5 deg), because at one side of the tray, at the door end, there is a gap to the wall of about 12mm. The tiles are about 10mm thick so, when you look at the top of the tray, there is a 2mm gap over the last 300mm or so. I have failed to seal this gap time and time again using silicon and sealing strip. Any advice (without removing the tray) to permanently and professionally seal the gap would be much appreciated!!
