I'm not sure I follow.
What are you wanting to do exactly? Are you wanting to transfer files to your PC while away from your home network, using 3g or similar?
It's possible to do all manner of jiggery pokery to make it happen (opening ports, using your external IP, etc), but they all have security issues that you should consider.
Maybe the simple answer is to use dropbox or google drive, which you already have an account for with your phone. You can install the app on your phone AND PC and they will manage the sync process - it's incredibly simple and doesn't expose your PCs to the internet unnecessarily.

Yeah my English is poor....but yes I have to check my phones folder when Ill be away from home.I have some motion spy camera apk cos(in the kitchen someone is taking my food, juice etc. when I am working) and files is stored on phones 7Gb SD card.So through Wifi file pro tranfer I can download this saved evidence files (watch it,delete it) to my comp at my room(I dont have to disconnected my phone from the kitchen) but is working with same network. Now Ill be away over week so I want to have access from other network to do this.
In worse case I have to lock EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!

If it was me, I'd setup Google+ and enable autobackup.
Make sure the folder is included where the images are saved (it usually asks). Then you can goto
www.google.com, log in and check the backed up pictures that it's picked up from your phone.
An idea like drop box, etc wouldn't work. It's also hard to go externally to your phone.
Another alternative is if the phone and your room computer stays where they are (and you are using a laptop?), is to install and setup something like TEAMVIEWER on your your room computer and setup a free account.
Then you simply goto teamviewer.com and log in and take remote control of your office PC, then you can download the pics remotely and view what you need, as though you were sat on your home computer.

It's easy if you have the following:
Phone - stays where it is
Room/Office computer - stays where it is, install Teamviewer and create account
Laptop (are you taking one away?) install teamviewer and connect to home PC when you want to see phone pictures
It's much easier than you think - unless your office one comes with you?! Give it a go - you can set it all up while at home and test it. I use it all the time.
