Hi all
Just purchased a new desktop pc with windows 8.1 o/s have loaded my printer an SX510 from a disk but when I attempt to print it states cannot print and check it is connected, I have connected it with the cable I had used on the old computer.
Can any one help?

If it is a new pc and it can not see the printer then I guess you do not have the right printer driver.
Have you tried the makers website for the latest driver for windows 8.1?
