Huge line of sealant between floor and wall tiles?

my builder has hung wonky square tiles on the wall, with dark grout. Plus white moshav floor tiles. Between the floor and wall is a big uneven sealant line, which looks bad. It'd be great to get some advice on what should be done as I've lost faith in my guy
