running water and waste under kitchen cabinets

I'm renovating my kitchen and currenty the hot and cold water supply and waste are run across the back of the base cabinets. I was just wondering if it is ok to run them in the void below the base cabinet. The waste pipe disappears into the floor about 1.5m away below the cabinets. I'm just thinking that it would be easier to access for maintenance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

The water won't be an issue, but for the waste I think you'd be better ensuring that there is a constant fall on the waste pipe and that it is properly supported to prevent sagging, at least that's what I do

Nothing wrong with it being in the kickspace, but with most cabinets only having 150mm of space underneath, you could struggle to have a decent drop on the waste, depending on the length of the run
If the total run is indeed 1.5m and you can get the full 150mm drop across that distance, that's fine at 100mm per meter. I've seen plenty of people aim for 25mm drop per m.
