Plastic cladding over existing tiles

Hi,

I've never come across plastic cladding before and was wondering is it ok to install over existing tiles for a bathroom?
What is the best adhesive/paste to use and is there a recommended method of installation for tiles?

I'm sure it would be fine but you loose say 15mm (or whatever the thickness is). Is there a bath ? Or shower?
