10mm bow in wall

Hi,

I have never tiled before, but about to tile the bathroom.

A problem wall has been dot and dab plaster boarded but it still has a slight inwards bow in the middle.

The wall is exactly 2.4 m high and bows in by 10mm towards the middle.

Can I get away with this amount by using more tile adhesive or is it better to rip the plasterboard off and do it again?

You can't see the curve and it is only noticeable when a straight edge is against it.

10 mm is way too much to make up with adhesive.... Probably not what you want to hear..

What size of tiles are you going to use? Depending on what type of tile you use its possible to sweeten them out. Most walls ain't mm plumb or straight.
You can add a mm or two of adhesive over a few tiles to sweeten it out so it's never going to be noticeable but it's easy enough for a pro tiler to do but not so easy for an amateur if you get my drift.
