super excitednesssssss the rafalution is almost upon ussssss

Post by fin »

been thinking of a thread title for a while now....

i can't wait for this season to get underway now. and for some of the damage visited upon the club by the recent managers can be repaired.

newcastle united have got a very very good manager. possibly the most capable since sir bobby robson in and he's actually been given full control. this coming season is going to be massive for us. we must succeed and win the championship. we must attain promotion. if we don't then god knows what will happen. but i firmly believe we will win this league.

i just can't wait for it to get going and see my team win some games again after the recent seasons of absolutely disgusting performances.

bring on the rafalution :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray: :huray:

you reminded me about the dreadful aston villa fans when we all but sealed our fate last season with a dreadful performance at their hell hole. when they had that bloody sob on the tyne..... again banner out. probably the same idiot that painted his bed sheet the last time when we actually went down at their place :cussing: :cussing:

because of the way they went on i never even want aston villa to win a corner never mind a football match :cussing:

so far everything he seems to be doing is the right thing. the club seem to be doing everything right. whereas for the past 8 or 9 years or whatever its been, everything the club did was the wrong thing.

I suggest that you go and watch a couple of Rugby Union matches instead Fin, far better spectator sport and much nicer crowds to enjoy the game with. You can actually have a pint while you watch the game too and not risk getting beaten up by rival supporters after the game :thumbright:

Rugby - a game played by gentlemen with odd shaped balls (some punctuation required in there I think  )
Football - a (professional) game played by dicks. No punctuation required.

Beats me how football supporters can deride teenage angst for pop stars yet act even worse themselves when it comes to 'losing' against a rival team....

No insult intended fin....

dunno about other clubs but it must be boring being a fan of them. newcastle united is mad. completely mad. a totally crazy club. nothing is ever sane. or atleast sane for very long. something always happens.

col. maybe when i grow up haha

dwd i could go watch the falcons play i guess. yes you can have a beer whilst watching them. i can also go and watch south shields play football and have a beer there. its only premier league and maybe football league that has that rule. yes some fans can be absolute dicks. but that is the minority... unless its aston villa or mil wall. even the mackems in the main are alreet.

k-e haha its the emotions involved in the game. what annoys me about egg chasers and those that watch that particular sport is that when they watch a football match that goes to extra time... when the players start going down with cramp which inevitably happens the egg chasers try to take the p*ss... however their silly game would have been over after 80 minutes. football occasionally in cup games has the potential to go for 120 minutes. so they could have played a game and a half of rugby. also theres 11 players for a football game... but still the egg chasers say look at the poor cry baby with cramp...

I'm no tennis fan but the likes of Murray et al can do a 5 HOUR match running around like the clappers and still get up the next day and do it again.

So-called 'fit' footballers get a 15 minute break after 45 minutes then complain when they have more than one match a WEEK.

Woofters - the lot of them.

newcastle have a 46 game season plus fa cup and league cup games. i expect they will exit both competitions at the early stages to concentrate on the league though.

yes absolutely tennis players are another level of fitness. but i should imagine its a different type of fitness also. put a tennis player in a premier league or championship football game and likely they will be knackered long before the footballers are.
