What Flower is it

Can any one tell me what flower this is ?
It was taken in Surrey a few days a go , so it is common to the UK. Would like to have it in my garden.

It's not a great pic as far as perspective is concerned, my first guess is a white Buddliea: but I'd expect the flowers to be longer and slimmer than they appear in your pic if it was a Buddliea

More like a Vibernum though there are soooo many varieties that identifying which would need a real horticultural specialist..

Hydrangea Paniculata "tardiva".. is a pissiboiity..

That's probably where I've seen the plant, used to live in Horsham, well itchingfield which is close enough.

It is definitely Hydrangea paniculata. The cultivar is very difficult to say as there are so many now. Best guess is H.p.'Grandiflora' which is an old variety. Many modern varieties age to pink, (none open pink).
It is not H.p. 'Limelight' as this cultivar is lime cream and the variety in the photo is white.
