Help!! what is the angle when you are going around a door frame?? I have tried the 45 degree but they just dont join up... I dont want to waste anymore as its expensive...

a 45 degree mitre ONLY works if the angle is 90 degrees AND the lining is EXACTLY square to the wall
if the lining isnt exaclty flush to the wall you are dealing with a compound angle
practice is the only teacher, it isnt easy and 99% of all architraves have this problem. its a fact of life
