It is a good cheap drill for the price. My Dewalt Nicad packed up after years of good service and I bought one similar to this on the hop http://www.screwfix.com/p/erbauer-eri69 ... rill/5304p as I did not want to shell out £120 for the Dewalt. It is a good drill and I used it in a job this summer and the batteries gave a really long service between recharge.
I notice Dewalt has an 18v 1.5AH Li-on drill on sale which seems a good buy http://www.screwfix.com/p/dewalt-dcd776 ... rill/2710p I have to say it looks identical to my Erbauer which makes you wonder if it is out of the same factory??

never ever trust the reviews on bxq and screwfix they are owned by the same company
the comments are controlled most negative are not posted just a few selected to make it look more plausible
my advice is not to look at any review on any company selling the the goods
if you must look at the ten at the bottom and give them 10 times the credence to balance things out
do a general web search and use terms like "faulty" or "unhappy with"
but off course keep in mind the opposite applies as no one goes on line to say how wonderful there item was

Hmmm that got me worried! To be honest even the most good brands like Dewalt and Makita also have some bad reviews in that sense ...

i would just buy it just dont read the reviews i never ever have when buying something
if it packs up send or take it back
the point i am making is dont be manipulate think for yourself
remember you can make the same statistics disagree with themselves
it looks fine to me and at £50 i wont even suggest ryobi lidl or aldi
