Can yellow brown turf grow back?

Be bought some turf about a week ago and unfortunately due to unavoidable circumstances as well as the weather constantly raining, our unlaid turf has gone a yellow brown.
Will this grow back or is it a complete waste?

If the roots didn't dry out whilst it was unlaid it should recover.

Pretty sure they haven't as it's rained every day. The edges of every roll are green

Hmm that was one of the best pieces. The other stuff looks like it's started to rot. Brown has gone mulchy, turf is falli to pieces in etc
